Nicola Hood (VP-Glasgow) was disappointed to finish 2nd in the Under 23 3000m Steeplechase but she was happy to clock a time of 10:29.85 in windy conditions.

Eilidh Gough (Border Harriers) clocked two new PBs in the 75m (12.4) and 150m (26.0) to finish 4th in the A string of both races. Ruaridh McCall long jumped a new PB of 3.97m to win the A string. He also ran 15.9 in the 100m to finish 4th.
